"Stayed one night and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and kind - we had to leave very early and they ensured our car was ready and had prepared us breakfast to go. Check in and parking were really made easy by them. Room was nice, happy hour was a nice touch. Good location in a beautiful city - 10 min walk to centre but a lovely walk!"

"I travelled to Palazzo Tucci with my family of 4, which includes 2 preteen children. We really enjoyed our large room and the beautiful eating area which had original frescoes from the 1700s. The villa is located very conveniently to the city center of Luca. There were not many other travelers. I believe they’re only four or six other rooms so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. The staff at reception was very nice. Ana in particular told us a lot about the history and art in the villa. we thought it was charming and we highly recommend."

"The Green Room was perfect for our family of 4. The AC worked fantastically well amid the heat wave. The bathroom is spacious. The two children were very happy in the loft. And the windows could be closed so that no light would get in at all. On top of that the room was well decorated with antiques and mirrors everywhere. Loved the rustic wood, old time charm, and reclaimed wood. Special note: The people at the Pro Cycle Shop were so kind. They rented us last minute bikes and even called a taxi to get us to our next destination when our phones would t work. Beyond that, the location is central to all Lucca has to offer both inside and outside of the walls. The check in was simple via codes and the team was very responsive via WhatsApp. We can’t wait to go back and visit!"

My stay was absolutely amazing and I have been recommending it to everyone I’ve spoken to since returning home. I will definitely be coming back again. "Beautiful converted hotel constructed in the 1700’s. Modern amenities. Like an elevator. Room had spa batch and separate shower. Breakfast had sweets and fresh fruits along with cheeses and assorted meats. No eggs. Room was comfortable. Most important is its location in the middle of Centro storico. Parking was a few steps away. "
