"Out of the 6-7 hotels I’ve stayed at so far, that hotel ranks one of the highest. They upgraded us for the night which was a nice touch. Room was clean, had its own kitchenette and fridge. They also kindly premade a bed on the living room pull on couch so friend and I could sleep separately. Breakfast was pretty comprehensive too~had multiple sections of food and a pretty decent selection. The location is close in proximity (meaning walking distance) to central market, Marina shopping center, Rick’s bar etc. Would stay here again."

"The Hyatt Regency Casablanca is an absolutely beautiful hotel! The staff was exceptionally helpful and the breakfast was amazing! My only issue was that my bathroom had drain issues both in the shower and the sink which was a minor annoyance and I’m sure could have been repaired quickly if we were staying for a longer visit. The facilities and the hotels location could not have been better. I will absolutely stay at the Hyatt Regency Casablanca on our next visit!"

"The rooms are fairly standard in size and furnishings. But the breakfast was rich and delicious. During my stay, I had to ask the receptionist a couple of times for local directions and advice, and each time I received helpful support. Thank you."

"This was honestly the worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The photos online are completely misleading and do not reflect the reality at all. The bathroom was extremely dirty, and the area where breakfast was served was also very unclean. The quality of the food was very poor, and the surrounding environment of the hotel was filthy and unpleasant. I would not recommend this place to anyone"

"I was slightly disappointed by the asthetics of the hotel. It is in need of rennovations and the availablity of television programs in English was limited to one movie channel so no news etc during the stay. The hallways had a sensor light that is actived at the end of the hall so if your room is not in the area, you are on a dark floor and walking down the hall to activate the light. The cleaning was medicore, as the bed was made without dusting it off the sheets. The location is so, so because it is on a side street and a 20 mintue walk to the center of the city. However, the staff was very kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the waiter Chowits was very kind."

"We needed 1 night in Casablanca following our trip around Morocco, for an early flight the next morning. This hotel was conveniently located, very modern and clean. I would've expected a bit more from the front desk staff – they were cold and perfunctory. Upon check-in, the lady that was checking us in was preoccupied with her colleage working beside her, joking with him and also chatting with the customer he was chatting with. Check out was also very brusque and perfunctory. Not quite the Moroccan warmth and hospitality that we had become accustomed to from our previous 2 weeks through the country. "

"The hotel staff were great. They provided excellent service. However, I'm really fed up with looking at fantastic photos of a hotel but when you arrive it's a completely different reality. The hotel is in need of serious renovation and development. On the website there's a 4 star sign outside but when you get thetr it doesn't exist. I think there should be a lae protecting us from havinh to contunue with a booking if the place is not acvording to what you see. "

"Not up to the same standards i expect from Novetel. Staff were not helpful and didn't mention that breakfast was included. They also seem to not be helpful in arranging taxis services."
