"The lobby is beautiful. Food is very good. rooms were ok, the shower hear would not stay on the holder, kept falling on the floor. The shower rod that you select between the top overhead, and hand nozzle did not work. The caulking not installed right and 3 different shades of caulking unprofessional and dirty. show door seal not installed all the way to bottom. I complained , but did not do any good "

"Everything was very good very nice people. The only thing is the restaurant too expensive for the class of food."

"This hotel is outdated and needs a good renovation. Water from the shower was all over the room bathroom (Even with the door closed), drain was half blocked so a pool on the shower was created. Floors were full of scratches and trims were all broken or damaged. Bed was OK They provide a bare minimum of bathroom amenities (be prepared to bring your own stuff) Hotel is well located but seems like they dont care about guests complaints."

"The room was excellent—Room 802 exceeded my expectations, and I was very happy with my stay. I would like to sincerely thank you for your kindness and attention to detail. I especially appreciate being placed on a higher floor, as I always prefer those rooms and find them the most enjoyable. Thank you again for making my experience so pleasant."
