Clean room, kind staff, unfortunately my first room had a leak at sink and it took them some time to troubleshoot to then move me to another room a day later after I was all settled in. Maintenance has a long way to go in this hotel. It’s my 5th time staying here, there is always something related to maintenance.. during my previous stay the storm took out the generator and all night the AC was not working..it was super humid and hot..

Breath taking views absolutely loved my stay here ! Personal at the restaurant were phenomenal! Front desk girls weren’t to friendly! The skybar lady didn’t let me in. her response “shorts to short” very disappointing has to spend my money somewhere else. Other than that the hotel was great!

You don’t get what you paid for. The room’s windows are small and give you a poor view. The AC was not working. There was a smoke alarm with an annoying flashing green light in the room right in front of the bed. The staff was nice and helpful, the swimming pool hot tub was nice, but overall the accommodation was not worth it.

Hot tub is just warm, not hot at all. Pool is ambient temperature / the view while inside the pool is limited. Sky high restaurant PANORAMA 30 was closed. We got free tickets for epic cinema. Movie was ok (only 3 options to choose from) luxurious nice cinema but the sound was not the best. Our Room 2108 shower had a sitting area wrongly installed and a lot of water leaks back to the toilets floor. (It isn’t leveled properly) Camino real right in front is much better bang for the buck in my opinion. We stayed there a year ago (Yeah it is less luxury but they deliver on what they sell) safi metropolitan did not.
