We noticed the bar was never open this is inconvenient for us we always want to have some drinks in the evenings when we travel and pay for a hotel stay. unfortunately this time we never saw the bar open. Overall our stay was very pleasant the staff were very friendly and polite.

The property is centrally located and close to many popular tourist attractions like Paseo Santa Lucia, the Cathedral, Macroplaza, plenty of shops and small local restaurants. Staff at check-in was very friendly (Mercedes) I would definitely stay here again if I return to Monterrey. My only complaint is the lack of communication through the Expedia app, and we had to wait until 2:00 PM to check in, even though we arrived early at noon.

La habitación tenía algunos problemas, la regadera goteaba, era muy ruidoso el desagüe de las otras habitaciones y el hecho de que no haya ventilación no me era muy cómodo. Fuera de la habitación, la alfombra se notaba muy sucia. Fuera de eso, todo muy bien.

La habitación tenia goteras en el baño practicamente no pude utilizarlo ya que estaban justo encima del retrete. Al reportarlo mandaron a una persona de mantenimiento que no pudo solucionar el problema en lugar de cambiarme de habitación. El baño se encharco todo y cuando se lo reporte al gerente fue indiferente por haber contratado por medio de expedia, el cuarto incomodo con una tv muy pequeña.
