"We stayed in the updated family suite with tatami beds. It had a peaceful feel and ambiance. We slept well on the mats. The customer service was excellent. They took care of us immediately when we stepped out of the elevator, sending our luggage onto the airport shuttle and informing us of the correct terminal for our airline. The airport shuttle bus was a wonderful service that was provided at no additional cost. The 24 hour store on site was very convenient to pick up everything we needed during the night and before leaving each day."

"Very convenient if arriving or departing Narita airport. Can walk to the terminals if you need to. Theyxdo have a shuttle bus as well. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again if needed. "

"Property very clean, and staff was very nice. We could enjoy the onsen with ocean view in the room. It's far from the city but overall, my stay was very quiet and relaxing. Recommend to take a taxi from the JR Choshi station, so you don't need to wait or worry about the schedule of the CD line. It's easy when going back to Tokyo, cuz the bus stop is right in front of the hotel."
