"Dont book on this place. This is self check in which is good, the cleaners dont even clean before your arrival. My experience was so bad my allergies from dirty carpet and bed got so bad. And mind you the bathroom is nice, not cleaned and the smell is like sewage. The whole room I lost alot of money on this place just to be told on the first day i cannot get refunded. Dont get me wrong the location wise is good, its just the place is dirty and getting my refund, was not an option at that time....
"I checked out of this hotel after the first night. The property has extensive water damage and mold growth throughout the roof. When I checked out I asked for a refund on my remaining nights the manager informed me I needed to go through Hotels.com after weeks neither U line or Hotels.com will make it right. "The hotel is really on the high end and we enjoyed our stay there. It is convenient as as such travelling by bus or train was excellent. The hotel dining staff are so helpful, they tried their best to accommodate our needs even with their english & our mandarin language difficulty.
