"Comfortable place like home"

"Cockroach crawling at night. They claim has a gym-lie. Microwave broken in a week of stay blamed it to me. No cleaning free, claimed there's laundry-lie. Communication bouncing to each other to three people. "

"It's a wonderful environment. I love nature so I loved staying here. Actually, our room had problems with water supply and showers. However, the staffs tried their best to improve. Despite heavy rain. Although there were a few issues, the service provided was more than adequate. Breakfast was very delicious. The front staff was really nice to me. I will definitely stay again someday."

"I really enjoyed the bliss atmosphere. The walks to different villas ( Balay, Samal and Mandaya). The idea of golf cart shuttle was great although I enjoyed walking. The massage/

"Discovery Samal is as close to being on Fantasy Island. Not even the Ritz Carlton can't match the stunning views from the boat ride to the island. The white sand beach cabanas and infinity pool are world-class. My wife and I are already planning a summer trip for 2025. What more can I say? Truly a fabulous experience to remember. "

"The property was beautifully kept. We enjoyed the older style appeal to it. The staff were polite and always ready to help you. The rooms were spacious. The two rooms we had seemed untouched by renovations, more specifically the bathrooms. Faucets were crooked, the bathtub was cracked and paint peeling off. We did not have all the towels (no bath towel, hand towel, pr wash clothes) The shower water handle didn’t operate like it should and made it hard to get warm water. We did not say anything...

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy with plenty of amenities provided. We all enjoyed the pool its only 4ft deep but very refreshing. It was brilliant having your own private walkway to the SM Mall. Would fully recommend this hotel will definitely be back again."
