"Good value.
Building needs maintenance- we had to help other guests get into their rooms where doors were broken and door locks were sticking.
Location fab for Portswood and easy to find parking on a Saturday night ."
"Cleanliness requires attention.
Faced an issue with the lock while checking in and the customer support was very difficult to reach and help arrived almost after we being stranded for 2 hours . "
"This property was not as described, the room had nothing but a bed and some cupboards it’s the most basic living space you can imagine. There were some unsavoury characters staying there as felt unsafe."
"Property is poorly maintained and extremely tired. The images used to show the rooms do not accurately represent the poor condition of the rooms. The "double bed" is not a double at all, but 2 singles pushed together. The lamps in the room did not even have light bulbs in them. The radiator covers are literally falling off the wall. It was not unclean, which was the saving grace and the only positive for the property. If it was any more expensive than what we paid we would be looking for money...
"Dirty, changed my room, someone else in my room when I arrived so not safe to leave any belongings in room as someone else was in the building and had access. Didn’t send entry codes to one room. No toilet or shower so had to use a communal toilet which didn’t have any toilet paper. Cheap for a reason. Clearly are not cleaning the rooms. Wouldn’t risk sleeping under the sheets so slept on top of the quilt "
"Didn’t stay had to find alternative accommodation. Place was filthy, unsafe was more like a hostel than guest house. Unable to contact the agents still 3 days later and no call back from them "

"Great room, definitely worth the extra for a suite, it was huge with lots of character.
Was there for an event the service behind the bar, despite being extremely busy was fabulous. "
"Sinkbwas blocked when we got to the room, but it was resolved quickly with a new room. Friendly staff, and room was clean. Will definitely stay again."
