"We decided to stay here because it was conviently located, close to the highway, close to shops and plenty of restaurants. Upon arriving the people were extremely polite and helpful. They allowed check in early which was awesome and not expected! Our bed was super comfortable and the balcony was nice! The room was relatively clean just a few minor things i noticed missed. Thats the struggle with being a house cleaner for years lol but other than that it was great! "
"This was our second stay at this hotel and we will probably stay here for all our future trips to Chicago. It's very conveniently located, making it very easy to get to and from Midway Airport and all the things we want to see and do in town. There are tons of great restaurants within walking distance or a short bus ride, and it's only a few minutes by bus to the museums, aquarium, and planetarium. The hotel staff are friendly and the place is very well maintained while keeping its character as a historic site. It's pretty quiet despite its location in one of the busiest areas of Chicago. We still haven't seen any evidence of haunting, which may be a plus or minus for various people lol"
"Clean room, free wine bottle and water bottles were provided daily. Great location! Everything within 15-20 minute walk. Omar, the bartender was excellent and super friendly! Had great suggestions on where to go to eat and entertainment and made great drinks! I would stay there again and great price too! "
