Very nice hotel, staff was extremely polite and attentive even for Japan. Room was spacious and very clean, and the location is great, right next to an outlet mall.

Upon check in they gave us a warm cloth which was amazing as we were travelling many hours before getting there was a nice refresh. The hotel looked amazing from the outside and inside, room was super clean very friendly staff from the front and they also helped us with our baggage and showed us our room. Shopping was super close and transport was a small walk away. Breakfast was amazing, Highly recommend.

スタッフの方々みなさん䞁寧で玠晎らしい察応でした。 嚘の誕生日の宿泊でしたが、メッセヌゞカヌドなど玠敵なおもおなしをありがずうございたした。良い思い出になりたした。 朝のビュッフェは混んでいたので、別のお店の和食を遞びたしたが、静かで窓からは緑が芋えるレストランでずおもゆったりず過ごせお良かったです。 お店の方もみなさんずおも感じが良かったです。 ありがずうございたした。
