"Clean room, great front desk staff, cleaning crew some were nice and some were rude. Laundry machines were difficult, people would not come back at the posted time on laundry room door indicating how long washer/dryer takes, we always had to ask manager to remove it in order for us to do our loads. We noticed other guests having the same issue."

"The 32nd floor rooms and lounge are the reason to book this hotel. The lounge is lovely with views of Tokyo tower. The rooms are spacious and beautiful on the 32nd floor with views of the whole city. The breakfast was varied and lovely in the lounge. We truly felt spoiled. Any issue we came across was resolved. It was a very hot summer so our room was a bit hotter than we would have liked. The entire staff went above and beyond to resolve the problem. On the second night they moved/upgraded our room for the inconvenience and we had a lovely last sleep in Japan. Fujikake was an amazing manager. 0n our last day, we got sweaty walking around Tokyo and had already checked out. Since the kids cannot enter the spa to shower we didn't know what to do. She opened a room for an hour so we could all shower before going to the airport. We could not be more grateful for the incredible service and attention."
