"The rooms are spacious, but the furniture is old and lacks any real personality. The staff is efficient, yet not particularly attentive to guests, and the information provided was minimal — for example, I was not told that the hotel is connected to a shopping mall. The food was also disappointing. I ordered a rare filet, but it was served completely overcooked and extremely tough. On the positive side, the location is very good, the hotel has a nice pool with bar service, and I was able to book a very pleasant tour through the hotel at a fair price. "

"Our Family Room could use a little refreshing, but aside from that, our stay was absolutely perfect. The breakfast and lunch kitchen teams were exceptionally kind and attentive, and the reception staff were equally welcoming and professional. I also needed to work during my stay, and the internet connection was excellent — fast, stable, and very reliable, which made a real difference. Food was also diverse and very good. I have stayed in many Novotel properties, particularly across Europe, and this one truly stands out as the best experience I’ve had so far. "The place was clean and gorgeous. Staff (guards and cleaners) were great and provided the needed service with a smile and effortless care. The Manager, Mr. Barry, is wonderful. He always reached out to see if anything was needed, but most importantly was instantly available to answer questions. He is easy going, professuonal and respectful. Would recommend the place to anyone for its location andbreatgtaking view. No place is ever perfect and there is always room for improvement.
