"The staff are amazing, very attentive without being overly, the hotel itself is warm and inviting, enough bars and restaurants which ypu wouldnt expect from the outside. Very unassuming but spot on for anything a traveller would need.

"Very secure, very clean, super comfortable, great bar, close to transportation, walkable to tourist sites, friendly staff. The bartender at the bar at the hotel gave us recommendations on things that we could do in our short visit to London. "
"Cozy little room for one with a big tv and big bed. The bathroom was small but not claustrophobic which is a big plus. The whole was was neat and tidy no complaints.
Definitely recommend "

10/10 Excellent
"My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night on a trip to London to go to the theater.
It was an excellent hotel, very clean and well kept. The room was great, very comfy bed and an amazing shower.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, can't recommend highly enough."
"Rob at breakfast is a star, but all staff are excellent. Breakfast is best in London probably. Room fantastic. Bed/pillow magically comfy. Rainfall shower is invigorating. Right next to Aldgate tube so easy to/from West End (Embankment) or Liverpool St (1 stop)"
