"The hotel is swank and in a great location. I upgraded to a Superior room on the 3rd floor. I have two suggestions. 1) you need bigger towels, (they are like face cloths) 2) you have to find a way to add storage for clothes, maybe a shelf under the bed. I could not imagine staying there with my wife with her clothes. No place for luggage either. Other than that the staff was great, the roof deck was amazing and the location is enviable. Brian"

"Excellent hotel, well located, clean, comfortable! Nice neighborhood…lot of restaurants around. Breakfast is always the same (after some days you will like something different ) Overall … EXCELLENT option!"

"The little lift/elevator next to the desk was very helpful for moving luggage at check in and out. Front desk staff were all very friendly and offered to speak english. Our housekeeper kept our room clean and comfortable daily. I accidentally forgot my wedding ring in the room one day and felt very safe and happy to find it untouched when i got back that night. The area was quiet at night to allow good rest. "

"I wanted to go to to the rooftop unfortunately the rooftop bar and restaurant were closed. Other wise the hotel is top notch."

"The front desk “Lada “ checked us in and was professional . Kabiera was very welcoming and made sure we got all the answers for our questions . Our flight changed and when I asked to be in the same room . She was helpful . Anna the concierge was very informative . Elena checked us out and gave us a fond farewell . If I decided to come back , I would love to stay again in Novotel Paris Les Halles. "
