A bit of an issue getting the right entrance (for anyone reading this, there are 2 enterances and you need the right one and may be told the wrong one!), but once all sorted, the appartment was perfect and in a great locations. "So - when we arrived, the manager Nicolas was amazing. We were early, no problem… he gave us a newly refurbished room which whilst small was excellent. We asked about going into Bordeaux and he spend time talking us through how best to do it, where to go etc. he couldn’t do enough for us and all with a smile. Breakfast was fabulous… we would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay - just off the otorway but quiet! "

Notre chambre familiale était correct malgré une porte intérieure qu'on ne pouvait pas fermer car elle accrochait sur la moquette. De longs couloirs qui desservent les chambres avant de pouvoir accéder à la salle du petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est diversifié, il y a du choix. Dommage, cependant qu'à 8h45 il n' y ait plus de Brownie et que celui ci ne soit pas remplacé. La salle est agréable mais la propreté est à revoir : nous étions au fond de la salle, dos contre les baies ou il y avait de belles toiles d'araignées dans les angles..."
"Un des meilleurs hotels que j'ai testé! La chambre était superbe, très confortable et moderne.
Le restaurant proposait plusieurs plats, la cuisine était très bonne. Le petit-déjeuner proposait autant de sucré que de salé afin que chacun y trouve son bonheur.
Le personnel s'est montré vraiment agréable, allant jusqu'à laisser un petit mot manuscrit de bienvenu dans la chambre.
Bref rien à dire et pour un prix très interessant comparé à tous les autres hôtels que j'ai pu tester. Je recommande à 100% "
"The hotel is super cute, the front desk people were kind and welcoming. I think it’s a little weird that for a hotel so close to the airport the desk is not open 24/7. We were at dinner in town and had to rush back to check in by 9:30. I wouldn’t say that is a negative just something weird to me. I would definitely stay there again but just plan differently. We had an early flight so becoming close was great in the AM. "
