A little too small & basic!

The rooms are clean but very small and the shower/toilet cubicle was almost impossible to negotiate. Definitely not designed for anyone above a size 10 to get into! No kettle or hairdryer in the room and no way of getting a cup of tea after breakfast. Breakfast was basic but very good value for money.The bedrooms are accessed from outside which didn't feel very safe to me. Maybe ok for 1 overnight stay but wouldn't recommend any longer. The noise from motorway traffic and other people outside does not bode well for a good night's sleep. On a positive note, its just a 10 minute drive from the airport and there are plenty of restaurants and a retail park within walking distance.

Great value for money

Easy check in arrived late so used the machine which was very easy and quick. Rooms was clean and beds was very comfortable bathroom was on the small side but worked well. Has a burger king and a steak house on the same site very easy to find right off the junction on the motorway

It's like what I imagine a motel in the US to look like. For how cheep the price is, it's totally fine, especially if you're just driving through Bordeaux. There's supermarkets and fast food restaurants very close to the hotel.

Oven room with airplane eco class bath

The room is small and bath is same one on airplane. No air condition which means is boiling hot inside and very cool outside the room. In case u ok with this avoid top floor due to room is like oven

Wow. What a horrible place to stay. Filthy smelly extremely rude staff that are actually mean. And the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in in my entire life. No windows filthy floor. And to top it all Bed BUGS. Stayed last week been to the Dr with bites. bed bugs. This hotel needs to be closed down for good. The room stank. U asked for another room they said that was the cleanest room. I asked for my money back they swore at me

Rooms are tiny. We were travelling with a baby and requested a cot which was provided on second time of asking but no mattress with it. The bathroom door didnt close and with it being so tiny you may as well not have bithered with it being a different room. Shower ran hot and cold the whole time and was so small i barely fit in it (im 5ft 2 and not a large girl). I understand you get what you pay for but this place is barely fit for purpose.

Reservation faite sir Hotels.com. Nous artivons a l hotel, reception fermée pourtant en journee. Il faut entrer un code de reservation 1ere classe, que nous n avions pas. Le numero de telephone mobile, je l ai appelé 10 fois, personne ne repond. Donc 1h30 dehors, et c est la centrale de reservation qui nous a aidé a rentrer. Et enfin, l hotel est sale, pas d entretien. A eviter absolument.

Chambre mal insonorisée aux murs moisis. 2 chambres plus loin (65) une femme se fait manifestement agresser dans sa chambre à 2h30 du matin. Le numéro d'appel d'urgence affiché sur la porte de la chambre ne répond pas. Heureusement le couple semble s'être calmé, néanmoins ne comptez sur aucune aide du personnel de nuit.

Des traces de moisissures sur les montants de la porte , la lunettes des toilettes casser et un bouton poussoir qui tombe lorsqu’on l’active , des odeurs de cigarettes émanent de la vmc de la douche. Oui ce n’est pas cher mais même à ce prix là sa devrait être un minimum entretenu .

Le personnel n’est pas du tout agréable, il n’y a pas de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Même pas de lait disponible un peu trop cher. Pour ce que c’est de plus. Le matelas est plus petit que le sommier lit pas confortable, radiateur électrique complètement cassé toiles d’araignée sur la porte odeur de cigarette dans la chambre et très très mal isolée. On a entendu les voitures toute la nuit. Je suis très déçu avec ma femme.
