A little too small & basic!

The rooms are clean but very small and the shower/toilet cubicle was almost impossible to negotiate. Definitely not designed for anyone above a size 10 to get into! No kettle or hairdryer in the room and no way of getting a cup of tea after breakfast. Breakfast was basic but very good value for money.The bedrooms are accessed from outside which didn't feel very safe to me. Maybe ok for 1 overnight stay but wouldn't recommend any longer. The noise from motorway traffic and other people outside does not bode well for a good night's sleep. On a positive note, its just a 10 minute drive from the airport and there are plenty of restaurants and a retail park within walking distance.

Great value for money

Easy check in arrived late so used the machine which was very easy and quick. Rooms was clean and beds was very comfortable bathroom was on the small side but worked well. Has a burger king and a steak house on the same site very easy to find right off the junction on the motorway

It's like what I imagine a motel in the US to look like. For how cheep the price is, it's totally fine, especially if you're just driving through Bordeaux. There's supermarkets and fast food restaurants very close to the hotel.

The room is small and bath is same one on airplane. No air condition which means is boiling hot inside and very cool outside the room. In case u ok with this avoid top floor due to room is like oven

Wow. What a horrible place to stay. Filthy smelly extremely rude staff that are actually mean. And the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in in my entire life. No windows filthy floor. And to top it all Bed BUGS. Stayed last week been to the Dr with bites. bed bugs. This hotel needs to be closed down for good. The room stank. U asked for another room they said that was the cleanest room. I asked for my money back they swore at me

Rooms are tiny. We were travelling with a baby and requested a cot which was provided on second time of asking but no mattress with it. The bathroom door didnt close and with it being so tiny you may as well not have bithered with it being a different room. Shower ran hot and cold the whole time and was so small i barely fit in it (im 5ft 2 and not a large girl). I understand you get what you pay for but this place is barely fit for purpose.

I wasnt expecting much as the room was very cheap. The room itself was OK size-wise, with a small wc/shower ensuite. My major issue was that the room stank of cigarettes. I raised this with reception as they advertise that the rooms are strictly non smoking with financial penalties for anyone caught smoking in the room, and I didn't want to be fined for someoneelse's foul habits. I was told that it was impossible for anyone to have smoked in the room as they have smoke detectors and an alarm system in the bedrooms. No solution was offered. I suggested that someone had smoked in the ensuite but the receptionist was having none of it, suggesting that it was people smoking outside the room who were responsible. I spent the night, feeling quite ill the next day due to the smell, and promptly checked out and booked myself into decent accommodation.

Bonjour, 1. Mon mari, en situation PMR, a demandé à 2 reprises une chambre PMR. Aucune réponse en retour. On arrive hier et évidemment, pas de chambre adaptée. Pas de monde selon la réceptionniste, donc chambre PMR nous est attribuée. La 4. Mdr... rien n'est adapté ! Haute marche pour accéder aux wc et douche, pas de place... Ça ressemble plutôt à une chambre standard. Fatigués par les 800 bornes de voyage, on abdique et restons dans cette chambre. 2. Cloportes en chambre, on en a compté quasiment 1 dizaine, vivants et morts. Ecoeurant ! Araignées qui se baladent aussi, dont une qui squatte une basket. Sujet abordé à la remise de la carte lors de notre départ, mais pas de véritable réaction ni même d'excuse. Bref... 3. Chambre pas ouf de propreté et vieillotte. 4. Une seule table exterieure, très sale. 5. Pas de viennoiserie inclus dans notre petit-déjeuner, c'est en supplément me dit-on (!) Vu le nombre de clients, le jeune homme nous en donne 2. Nous ne reviendrons plus dans ce Première Classe
