"Valet service was excellent, professional friendly. Check in at bar was easy, free drink when u arrive. Hotel staff friendly. When I booked the room the parking was $45. The hotel changed the rate to $55 as I wasn’t informed. Called hotel and talked to the valet desk and they are going to try and make things right. Nice clean rooms, hot shower. "

"I had a hard time with the code upon initial entry, but once inside (thank you kind resident who let me in), I had a key fob and had no issues. The space was great - it was a 1 bedroom apartment with laundry in the unit (bring your own soap!). The carpet in the living room had a lot of crumbs and needed to be vacuumed, but everything else was terrific. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room, as I had to go to the common area for it (and it wasn't clean and the creamers looked really old). The building had a fitness center, and optional parking in the garage (highly recommend) which was really nice too. The location was very convenient to downtown, and had lots of stores and restaurants nearby. "
