I loved this location and building before the renovations. But now the atrium is simply stunning. Service is some of the best I ever encounter on my travels. Rooms are always clean and stocked with toiletries. Breakfest is the only thing I was surprised to see was still lacking. In selection and temperature. Otherwise, great experience always. With a bonus Starbucks right in the lobby.

The breakfast was great, the room layout was great but our sink faucet was not connected and flopped about, our lights in the kitchenette area were burnt out and then every now and then would come on sporadically, the comforter had holes and tears in it and the stuffing was coming out right in my face. Not the typical experience with a Hilton/Embassy suite experience.

We stayed at the Concord, NC Embassy Suites for one night Our friends were there for a week with a Nat'l Cadillac group. The place is clean, welcoming and comfortable! The breakfast was amazing! I will definitely seek out the Embassy Suites for our next trip!

Beautiful facility. I was not pleased with the disinformation from the front staff. Particularly Panga. She provided inaccurate Information on more than one occurrence . There was a convention being held at the same facility during our stay and it appeared others were given more considerations than possibly, "regular" visitors. At least that's what I hope it only to have been... otherwise the facility was wonderful. The cleaning staff was considerate. And thr breakfast was great. Id hope that ALL visitors are treated with the same likeness.. regardless of whatever else

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The spa was nice that’s it. Some of the staff were rude. The curtains weren’t working. We didn’t have toilet paper. The elevator was broken. My husband and other people were stuck on the elevator for many minutes.
