"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the early check-in was much appreciated. The rooms were spotless and incredibly spacious by French standards. The only downside was some street noise on Halloween night due to late-night partying. Overall, a lovely experience and definitely five stars!"

"My partner and I recently enjoyed a wonderful one-night stay. Our room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was very enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised by the addition of sausages, eggs and bacon, alongside all the usual delicious continental options. There were just a couple of minor issues worth mentioning. The kettle in our room overflowed every time it was boiled, causing hot water to spill onto the countertop. We also didn't have any milk provided in the room. One other point worth highlighting is the access to the on-site car park. We found it a little tricky to enter, as the car park is behind a security gate that can only be opened by contacting reception. This meant having to park on the side of the road first, then call reception using the phone number displayed on a small information poster attached to the gate. Overall, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed our experience. We would definitely come back."

"The Loisium is perfectly located amidst the vineyards and the views are second to none. The challenges I have with the hotel are as follows: - the hotel room we had didn’t smell great and over our three day stay, we had large flies in our room each day. There was no food in the room and we thought the room was being cleaned but the flies were there and still smelt funny - despite being located in the middle of Champagne, the number of champagnes available by the glass were v limited and the mark-up on the bottles were astonishing. - a petty point but we were offered a glass of champagne in the evening but when we sought to redeem it at the bar, we were offered Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire instead. When we asked the bartender about it, she was decidedly defensive which raised eyebrows. I do recognise this is a petty comment especially as the wine was free but from a communications perspective, it was unusual."

"My room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfy and cozy. Parking was difficult because of the one streets. I recommend you inform guests on your website with instructions on parking. Convenient too train station, shopping and multiple restaurants. Staff was fine."
