This is a 4*, but operates at least as 4.5*, and maybe lower 5*. Staff bright, energetic and helpful. Breakfast good (but not great). Room is large and comfortable, with great view. Parking under hotel. Very centrally located and very convenient. Mall across the street. Hotel restaurant quite good and very reasonably priced, although dishes tend to be bland. Definitely a great place to stay. (but room lacks outlets, surface areas, temp control) Good and inexpensive Vietnamese restaurant very close. Lots of other places to eat nearby.

I liked this hotel. My husband especially liked it. It's pretty. Our room was lovely, clean. Staff is amazing. Little extras like slippers and robes and lots of complimentary coffee made us feel special. I just thought it was a bit expensive and like any big hotel walls are thin so we could hear our neighbours.
