"Amazing hotel. Exceptionally clean and well cared for. Hats off to an amazing housekeeping team. They deserve a raise and I say this because I am such a clean freak and travel quite often. Hands down one of the best places I have ever stayed. Francisco the valet is beyond phenomenal. He is warm, friendly and you can tell he loves his job because he goes out of his way to make the customers feel welcome and cared for. Ya'll need to make sure you compensate him well and keep him around. He is the first person we meet when arriving at your facility and first encounters determine the patrons mindset of whether or not they would come back. Loved the food in the first floor restaurant. Their menu meets the needs of anyone with dietary restrictions or preferences."

"At check in the gentleman with longer hair barely even looked up at us. Once in our room we discovered yellow crusty stuff on our bed. We let the front desk know and said that we would be out for a while and would like it to be addressed before we got back. Over 4 hours later when we returned it was still there. We went back to the front desk and spoke with the same gentleman with a beard and glasses that we had brought the problem to earlier. He told us housekeeping was gone for the day now and he would try to get the porter up to address it. We gave them one hour and no one ever came. We couldn't even use our expensive room because the same stuff was also on the bench. Went back down again, this time more frustrated and they tried to move us to a queen room on a lower floor. When we were coming from a king room in the corner. We checked that room and it was in poor shape so they put us in another queen room on the 11th floor. This room was clean with a little more space. The shower the next morning was like a warm trickle, i could barely wash my hair. We tried to stop in the Italian restaurant for a drink later that evening and it seemed as if the bartender didn't want us there. Then without notice of last call or any communication she through our bill in front of us and our friends who were there with us. The service at breakfast was a little better but didn't have the first two things I tried to order from the menu. Overall poor experience. Stay at the much nicer hotels "

"Beautiful destination in the heart of KC. The BEST part of this stay was the wonderful support I received from the guest services staff, especially Kelly and Emily. I am definitely making this my new KC home away from home!"
