"Hôtel très bien Chambre très bien, exactement comme sur les photos. Par contre 2 points négatifs: - Au niveau de la conciergerie: Pas aimable et pas très coopérant: Ce qui est rare dans les hôtels Sheraton. - Nous avions pris l'option Demi-Pension pour les 3 jours: Très peu de choix dans le menu et durant ces 3 jours, exactement la même carte sans aucune variante"

"My wife and I stayed at this resort for a total of seven days, and it was an excellent experience. We enjoyed various water based sports activities, excursions, and ALL the restaurants. Also, it is in a central local in Da Nang. You won't regret staying here."

"This hotel in my opinion is the best hotel on the street The staff are so warm and kind the location is excellent and if you get the ocean front room, it’s better than anything I’ve ever stayed at all over the world The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are very spacious and I highly recommend this hotel Breakfast is also fabulous with you and we had a half board plan which also gave us free dinner or lunch each day and 10 three pieces of laundry every day We will be back. AMAZING"

"Little confusing for staff to check in large party. But they got it done. 1 room key was hassle, but gave second key on request. Buffet quite small. Room was clean and shower and beds were good. Weird smell in lobby. Good location. Fair pricing. Did not like how hall lights are motion sensor'd."
