"I was honestly disappointed with this hotel. Despite having “Luxury” in the name, there is nothing about this place that feels luxurious.
First, the hallway lighting is motion-sensor based, meaning it only turns on when you walk through. I understand this may be for saving electricity, but it creates a very dark and uncomfortable atmosphere—it honestly felt a bit creepy.
We booked a room for four people with two beds, but the basic amenities were not sufficient. There were not enough towels or even toilet paper provided, and I had to use my own supplies, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. On top of that, they only gave us one room key for four people, which was very inconvenient—especially when people are coming and going at different times.
There was also no staff available when we needed help with our luggage, which made the experience even more frustrating.
Overall, the name of this hotel does not match the level of service or amenities provided. Definitely not what I would consider a “luxury” experience.
