Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Berkeley by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and it was amazing! I loved the breakfast and the free hot drinks available 24/7. The bed was comfortable, and I loved how this room had a fridge and microwave. Also, the room’s temperature felt very cozy, especially during this cold and rainy weather. I will definitely stay here again the next time I travel to Berkeley. "

"Incredibly immaculate room, super staff, immediate needs met. Very compact, well designed super comfy space. Any issues n needs met immediately. Loved our 3 nite stay"
"First I googled historic hotels in the Bay. Then I read the history of the Shattuck Hotel and decided to make my own history
From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed..
I was greeted by Danny, who was very pleasant. He offered me a glass of champagne. Next I was greeted by Jario, (sp) the Valet, he was very polite, he offered to get bags from my car.
My room was spot on clean.
Nothing lacking.
I was further impressed by dining at Zion’s. I had the crabcakes with toasted ciabatta, and my main course was the salmon. Everything was so tasty. I closed and opened my eyes on the second bite of everything . I do that to remind me I’m not dreaming.
The second night I took a chance and ordered the burger and oh my gosh, it too was amazing. My overall stay was a five star experience! A must return visit is in order.
