"Mayan Village is as-advertised. Rustic palapa-style huts on the beach with locking sliding glass doors. Some have screens on the windows, some don't. Come prepared with mosquito repellent for the evenings. The roofless mens/womens restrooms featuring private (cold-water) shower and toilet stalls are pretty cool. Mayan Village is an easy walk to Cerritos Surf Beach Club for good drink specials and pub cuisine. If I would make any recommendations it would be communicating the exact location...
