"The photo in the picture if the pool is not part of the hotel. It is a communal pool 500metres from the hotel which also is of extra cost. I complained to hotels.com about it because we booked the hotel simply for the pool, which it doesn't have, yet the picture is still there. Very misleading. Parking costs €5 overnight. Good location for wandering around the town. In fairness, the bed was comfortable and room was clean, but was very dated. "

"We couldn't locate the login email when we arrived and it took another two days to get the online check in platform to actually work. So we were forced to pay for two nights at a hotel on top of the four nights we had already paid for. And it took a number of days for Joivy to get back to us via email but the telephone number didn't connect properly."

"We couldn't locate the login email when we arrived and it took another two days to get the online check in platform to actually work. So we were forced to pay for two nights at a hotel on top of the four nights we had already paid for.
