"I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were courteous and friendly. I was travelling alone and had booked a single room. While it was quite small, it was really nice and I had a view of the lake. The hotel has a great old world charm. The restaurant was very nice and the breakfast was excellent and included in the price. I can thoroughly recommend the Albergo terminus. "

"The best and most amazing hotel staff I have ever experienced. The hospitality and genuine care they showed us was unforgettable. During a public transportation strike, they went out of their way to help us navigate the city. We were there for our wedding and honeymoon photos, and when taxis refused to take us for such a short distance while my wife was in her wedding dress, the staff stepped in without hesitation. One of them even drove us in their personal car so my wife did not have to walk in her gown. Their kindness and dedication went far beyond anything we could have expected. Words cannot describe how incredible the staff truly were."

"I recently stayed at Hotel San Giuseppe in cernobbio. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. I was greeted by Maurizio. Who made check in very easy. He also had a staff member help with the luggage, a nice touch after a long flight. The room was perfect. I had a terrace outside my bedroom, with an italian view. The room was immaculate. The room had everything i asked for safe, refrigerator a great shower. The rooms get cleaned every day. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure my stay was unforgettable. ❤️. The hotel is owned by a wonderful family. They are very helpful with transportation and places to see. The restaurant downstairs was amazing. A Very romantic setting. Great breakfast too. I would absolutely stay there again if im in Cernobbio again. "
