L’ibis est une valeur sûr et le personnel est très professionnel. Mais j’ai trouvé la chambre petite( la 1) et le rapport qualité prix un peu haut. Bon on est à côté de Paris…

Problème avec hôtels.com et ibis très moyen

Problème avec notre réservation hôtels.com qui n'a pas été transmise à l'ibis. L'accueil fut agréable et nous avons trouvé une solution pour récupérer notre réservation et ne pas repayer. Les chambres communicantes étaient pratiques mais moquette très sale. Une des deux salles de bain inutilisable tellement elle était moisie (odeur horrible). Les lits creux au milieu car les matelas sont vieux. Le petit déjeuner était pas mal.

Ibis, c'est Ibis mais celui-ci a été remis à neuf, c'est plaisant à l'oeil et sdb mieux. Equipe à l'accueil au top du service. La politique Accord devrait exiger le pass sanitaire même pour entrer dans l'hôtel et surtout pour petit-déjeuner. La politique gouvernementale dit simplement pour les apéros; désolé on peut y appliquer du bon sens et l'exiger aussi pour tout l'hôtel/restaurant. Point de vue personnel qui n'est peut être pas légal (?)
