"The staff attending breakfast was awesome. The staff cleaning rooms, I interacted with in the hallway, were very friendly. There is not a person at the front desk, there is a monitor with a dude on it welcoming guests to the hotel and doing “check in “. I had to talk to him again when my door would not open and he sent “a member of his staff” to change the battery after a new key didn’t work either. He was actively working on the door when we left. He was good. Before getting to the hotel I received 7 messages saying my reservation is confirmed. Two more after checking out. These were from the hotel itself. So just a few weird things, but comfy bed and room. "

"The Hotel smells strongly of mold/mildew as soon as you enter and in our room 113 on the main floor. Office chair in room is broke so unable to use the desk in that room. Left sheer curtain had a large area of bodily fluids that were dried up on it. Way overpriced for the quality of room. The bed was good. "
