Junior was absolutely amazing the entire weeks stay! He was very attentive and responsive to every need. We had a minor issue in our original room, spoke with Junior, he immediately switched us to another room with no issues.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great, hot food, fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, oatmeal with every imaginable additive, fruit juice, yogurt, milk and waffles. We spent time with family and didn't return until later in the day and it was raining so we didn't use the pool but it looked inviting.

The property is very centrally located for shopping; however, my stay was just okay. While the staff was friendly and attempted to address each issue, these nuances caused me to lower my score. We had to make a number of trips to the front desk: first to change the room due to the comfort of the bed and external noise, and then for a shower issue. On top of that, we still had to ask for the room to be cleaned, despite a sign stating that housekeeping is provided every other day. We stayed seven nights, and the room was cleaned only once.
