"The hotel was old, haven’t been updated in a while. The bathroom doors didn’t work/close all the way, the shower needs to be changed, water licking from the shower into the bathroom floor. The breakfast food was just okay. I would rather stay somewhere else next time "

"Such a shame about this hotel. The room and breakfast was nice however the area is awful. Did not feel safe at all during the stay, noise constantly even through the night as music was blaring from outside. Barely slept the 2 nights we were there. When walking around it was dirty and uncomfortable. I don’t think a hotel should be in this area especially for tourists as it ruined our trip to São Paulo and do not want to return.
