"Property was clean and our suite was spacious. Our room was not cleaned during our stay. When we left our room, we removed the DND sign but our room had not been cleaned during our time outside the room. Ice machine on the 5th floor did not work Finally, the kitchenette area did not have paper towels or other simple cleaning items. We would have brought our own had we known that these items would not have been available."

"The hotel is only about a 5 minute drive away from the National Baseball Hall of Fame. The hotel was nice, quiet, and clean. The breakfast was good. We checked in a little late and the person who checked us in had given us some recommendations on where to eat since it was so late in the evening, she was great!"

"I took my daughter here for her birthday weekend last week and she had a blast!! The resort has everything a six year old would want. Food, ice cream, plenty of games and the water park was fun. Pretty nice bar downstairs in the main lobby and inside the water park for us adults. Drinks cost what you’d expect at a water park resort about $12-15 on average ."
