"Room was spotless bedding was nice and clean fresh towels waiting for me as well as fresh packaged toiletries I would also like to say how impressed I was with the customer service from the front desk as I bought a new phone yesterday and as it was Christmas Eve I did not have a phone block for my charger cord the woman at the front desk went out of her way to make sure I was able to charge my cell phone so I had it for today"

"The front desk was wonderful. The room was very clean and well appointed. This is my choice when I need to stay in Binghamton. Also thanks to the young man at the front desk for use of the snow scraper for our car. "

"Great service. The pool and hot tub were well enjoyed by my family. Fresh plentiful breakfast choices! The room was very nice, clean and plenty of towels! Only suggestion I would make is that a guide to how to decipher the tv stations be provided. I do not have a degree in engineering! 😁"
