"If you see my previous message about the issue I have no one fixed that also some rides doesn't work even though I pay for it rides like wave ride lazy river my room TV and wi fi overall I have bad experience you guys charge more than others indoor water parks I visit camelback/great 🐺 they have more rides "

"We were very disappointed that the indoor heated pool wasn’t very warm at all. I went to the front desk to let them know that there’s possibly a problem with the heated pool other guest mentioned them trying to fix it, but our stay was based on having an indoor heated pool. Our room was wonderful. Beds were wonderful. Very clean room. wonderful breakfast. It’s hard to please a five and eight-year-old but they were very happy. Staff was amazing. Coffee was delicious."
