Unfortunately, the bathroom was not cleaned properly; there was garbage left behind the toilet, and the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were empty. Furthermore, our garbage was not emptied at any point during our three-day stay. While I typically travel with my own toiletries, I believe that ensuring rooms are thoroughly cleaned and fully stocked should be a fundamental expectation for guest check-in.
