"Great stay! The room was spacious, with tons of storage and an incredibly comfortable bed, I slept really well. Having filtered water available was a huge plus and saved the usual hassle of constantly buying water while travelling. There’s also a gym and terrace, which I didn’t get a chance to use but were great to have. The staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect: right in Roma Norte on a quieter street, while still being convenient for exploring all the major attractions. Would definitely stay again."

"My first time in Mexico with my parents as part of a bucket list my 70 year old mother is trying to complete. Beyond the amazing food, activities and diverse culture this beautiful city offers, the highlight of our trip was undoubtedly our stay at Historico Central. The location is very centric, but you will be able to sleep at night with no problem. The environment, cleanliness, food perks and hospitality are unmatched from any other place I’ve visited around the world (and I travel a lot!), and the memories we made, specially with the people that work there will last us for a lifetime. Regina, Vivian, Sandy, Oscar and Ulises, thank you so much for your kindness, warmth and support to us during this trip. All the people at Historico went the extra mile to make our experience unforgettable, you’re all amazing human beings and accurately represent the beauty of Mexico and their people. "I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience my wife and I had during our stay at Gran Hotel from August 28 through September 2, 2026. Gran Hotel is truly beautiful, with a unique character and elegance that made our visit memorable. However, what impressed us most was not only the hotel itself, but the exceptional kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality of your staff. I would especially like recognize the receptionist staff with outstanding service. From the moment we met her, she was incredibly helpful, warm, and attentive. She assisted us with arranging transportation, provided excellent restaurant recommendations, and helped us with numerous requests throughout our stay. What stood out most was her consistently positive attitude, willingness to help, and the genuine smile she brought to every interaction. Employees like the one we met are what make a hotel truly special. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication are a wonderful reflection of Gran Hotel and its values.
