"This is a first class hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff was just excellent. I have a walking disability and the initial room that I was given had a deep bathtub. The staff member who accompanied us to our room, noticed that once we arrived in the room and called down and had my room changed for one that had a walk-in shower. It was amazing that he recognized that and knew that it would make my stay much easier and prevent any falls. What an amazing experience. The concierge was great and pointed us to amazing restaurants. And the restaurants within the hotel are also excellent. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to stay near the park in which there is the anthropology museum, the museum of modern art, and other attractions. The area is fairly commercial. And perhaps not the ideal place for tourists who want to walk and feel the vibe of the city. But transportation is very reasonable and one can get to where everyone wants to go."
