"Great location and walking distance to quite a few restaurants and bars. I liked the fact they had security throughout the night. The only improvements that should be made are the doors themselves, they did not shut tight, the extra lock seemed flimsy, so I was a little uncomfortable. I think they should have better shampoo/conditioner and shower gel products. The bar soap is too cheap, and not good for skin. "

"Great location only a few blocks from all the action on Broadway. Really nice room, full size apartment. Rooftop pool and hot tub were great. Nice restaurant on the ground floor. Would definitely stay here again."

"I was charged for a false smoke detection. They insisted that i was smoking vaping or using marijuana. I don't do any of those things. I am so very upset with this hotel never will I ever recommend or stay here. I argued to no avail. They insisted that I smoked something in the room. Very unprofessional. They're monitor is wrong. I can't prove that I didn't do any of these things when I'm in another state. . "

"Convenient location to Grand Ole Opry. They cleaned & brought fresh towels daily, although sometimes they didnt come till mid afternoon. They off a hot breakfast of eggs and sausage daily. The mattress in our room was comfortable. Very satisfied with Quality Inn."

"Everything was great except we had a view of the backup generator. And it appears from listening to other guests we overpaid for essentially the same room. But garden is fantastic "

"Nice facility, however, if you need to get work done the room does not have a very conducive working area for a 6’2 man. There also is not an available good work area."

"The breakfast buffet was amazing, featuring all the staples: eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy. I also have to hand it to the cooks in charge of the bar food. Their cooking was outstanding, even better than what you’d find down on Broadway. Every dish was seasoned to perfection, and the kitchen staff were friendly and courteous. Prices were very reasonable, especially considering the location and compared to other restaurants in the area. The bar offers a solid selection of local beers for those looking to try something different. I’ll definitely stay here again, as long as the $30 self-parking fee doesn’t increase exponentially. Feedback for improvement: First, the hotel should consider offering a complimentary or prepaid shuttle service to/from downtown Nashville. It’s not reasonable (and/or safe) to expect your guests, especially those with mobility challenges, to cross the river via an elevated bridge on foot, particularly in the evening. If valet parking is provided, a low-cost shuttle would be a logical and valuable addition. Second, I would have appreciated a dairy-free yogurt option that was not coconut-based. Please do better. "

"Reserved a kingsize bed but did not get it. Went to the desk ta ask for another room and got there were no rooms available with kingsize bed. But reserved and paid for. Got the next day another room with kingsize bed but that was too late. S Chauffeur of shuttlebus very friendly."
