I spoke with support staff multiple times in regards with a refund of one night stay. My flight was delayed more than five hours and I reached out to cancel my hotel room and to recieve a refund for the second night. I am still recieving surveys from the Holiday Inn Express in Austin as if I stayed there. Angelo, said he would reach out within 48 hours and no word OR Follow up at all.... I then went on toe speak to 2 more agents to no avail. I am requesting that I receive a credit to my account of one night stay ASAP based on the LACK of customer service and response for status updates."
