"Service very good. But rooms are not up to normal standard of Best Western Plus. Bathroom is small. Rooms seem old and dated "

"Staff was great. Layout of unit was cute, but a bit strange for me. Bed up in the loft, but you have to go down cold steel stairs to get to the bathroom. A TV and a ceiling fan would have been good in the loft. No soda/vending machines? Huge issue for me. "

"The Line is a great place to launch your Austin Adventures from- we sprung for a view of the water which was awesome to wake up to daily- and a lot quieter than the surrounding area would normally be...Austin is bustling with activity which is good and bad- having a tranquil room and really great in house dining options makes it a lot less stressful to be in the Capital for work. I have stayed here multiple times, and it's really cohesive- everyone is positive from valet parking to taco shop to the front desk. "
