This was my first trip alone with my daughter for international travel and the staff made me feel welcome and safe at the resort. "This hotel is very well located, especially if you need quick and easy access to Mexico City’s airport. It makes arrivals, departures, and short stays extremely convenient. Even though the property has been around for many years, it is very well maintained. You can tell there has been consistent effort to keep it in great condition. It doesn’t feel outdated at all—in fact, the furniture and overall finishes feel high quality, refreshed, and in excellent shape. The staff was another highlight. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside for me was the bathroom shower design. It has a glass partition without a door, which means water splashes out easily onto the bathroom floor. After every shower, there was a significant amount of water to clean up, which was inconvenient. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again."

"This resort is very modern and Americanized, didn’t feel authentic Mexican. Beautifully designed with really great food. The buffet was amazing always had something new to discover. Did not like the wait times to get into the buffet or the order coffee from there little on site coffee shop. It was impossible to just go somewhere and help yourself to morning coffee. You had to wait to be sat then wait for the waiter to come over to your table (at the buffet) the train brings you around which helps since the resort is so big: the beach side pool is very sleek. Staff friendly. The gym is beautiful and nice tennis courts. Nightly live musicians were talented. I loved the smell in the lobby. "

"It was our first time and we were very satisfied with everything. Staff were courteous and friendly and very hospitable. Food and drinks are overflowing. Amenities are complete for me, there is always something for everyone. The only complain I had was since we were there during spring break, there were a lot of college students and so therefore some of them leave some drinks or plates on some random spots but apart from that they are just minding their own business like everyone else. "
