He booked it for the wrong day and then was not helpful or apologetic at all when we were waiting for our private transport that we had already paid him for. Front desk employees overheard and were kind and helpful. Had to be a car service at the last minute for more money. Overall a wonderful place and vacation. Fabulous staff. Entertainment leaves a lot to be desired if you're not in your 20s and don't want to go to the offsite parties . Just simply playing some current (or even 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s) in the theater each night -room to dance-would be super helpful and appreciated. Many people we spoke to agreed. Same w poolside. Just play some hits instead of constant speaking on the microphone (trivia, bingo, or nothing.). "
