"Staff were very friendly"

"Had a late check in and the staff were nice enough to let us have a late check out, which was fantastic! (Stayed one night for a wedding) Very appreciative that they did that for us. Wonderful place to stay for a family of 5. Would stay there again. The kids loved the pool. "

"The room was good. I think my bed needs some adjustment but it was comfortable. Check in is always fast and efficient. Breakfast in the morning was very good. The breakfast room is big and spacious. However, some areas of the hotel inside needs some upkeep. The rugs around the high traffic areas are wearing down and starting to stink. Border Inn is a place I always stay at because it’s affordable. "

"We love the Fairmont Lodge in Jasper and have stayed there many times. It is more rustic than the Fairmont in Lake Louise and Banff which we like. The lodge is awesome and there are a broad variety of rook types. There is lots of wildlife in around the property. We highly recommend this Fairmont and are glad it survived the 2024 fire. "
