Central Alberta Vacation Rentals

"Feels like an older motel, needs updating. Our room smelled like old cigarette smoke. Room was clean, sink slow to drain. Bed was comfortable. We were able to hear people talking and moving around above us on the second floor. Hot tub and pool were clean and a good temperature. Rooms are only cleaned and stocked on the 3 rd day but I had to call and ask for this to be done . Room fan is very loud and even with fan on hi cool the room was hot by the middle of the night. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Whiskey Jack restaurant is located adjacent to the hotel, food was decent. Guest at the Tonquin gets 10% off their meals . Overall we had a gd stay. "

"Bed was nice. Shower was great. Cleanliness was good. Breakfast was underwhelming (staff were great and attentive but not much variety of food). No fruit, Yogurt run out by 8:45"

"The suite in the tower needed the cupboards wiped down. The dual washer/dryer I not recommend. Clothes took several hours to wash and dry and were super wrinkly. I love the suites and location👍"

The space was super clean! the only thing was i wish there was microwaves in the room! we will definitely be back! the free breakfast was also an amazing bonus! fooood was AMAZING! highly recommend this property for families with and without any kids! "The front desk clerk was super kind and helpful! The room was clean. The bathroom was clean but the wall dispenser for shampoo and body wash was empty!"

"The staff were great to deal with, the room cleaning was not the best. Don't go into breakfast expecting to take lunch out with you and you'll be just fine, you do require a breakfast voucher that you will need to collect at the front desk each night of your stay. The pizza restaurant was excellent. Kids loved the pool and slide."
