"The area was great but all communication with staff was done through WhatsApp. Slot of answers were “we don’t know “ basic stuff like “where is the closest ATM” or closest location for the hop on hop off bus. When being new in a different country having front desk assistant would have been great"

"The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodated all of our needs. Our flight arrived early and we were able to store our luggage conveniently in a basement locker location that was very secure. The bed was exceptionally comfortable had some trouble with the shower and it was kind of messy so we had to get extra towels to mop everything up. Location was good in the Gothic district and close to La Rambla. Definitely an older neighborhood."
"Nice hotel, in central location. However, construction on LaRambla and ongoing demonstrations with some property destruction at a nearby shops really dampened the experience, no fault of the hotel."
"Rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities. Front desk staff are very helpful and most accommodating. Breakfast buffet has lots of options and food was fresh. Location was perfect for walking to attractions. The pool and bar are nice extras for relaxing after a busy day. Highly recommend staying here. "
