This hotel is in the perfect location, close to many attractions and right next to the metro station so getting to and from the train station or airport is very easy. The rooms we clean and spacious and so was the bathroom. I strongly suggest booking the breakfast - it is wonderful.

The hotel was very easy to find, rooms clean and extremely helpful staff. The downside was the elevators extremely small, terrace was in a resteraunt not ran by hotel so no access for hotel guests, and no shuttle as advertised by Expedia. I stayed with my sister who loved this hotel. I have to be honest for future travelers, the cost was $325 Euros and I felt that we could have gotten a comparable hotel for much less with more amenities.

The hotel was in a great location. ALL the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was just lovely with lots of choice to get you going in the morning. The staff at the breakfast was also excellent and friendly every morning. An excellent stay all round and highly recommend this hotel. My only complaint was there was no fridge in our suite. An inconvenience.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is a smaller boutique style hotel off street level with elevator access. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early luckily and they helped us many times with luggage storage, power chargers, and getting locked out of our room with no fuss. The breakfast was also a nice treat, simple but still lots of selection of fresh, healthy fare. We enjoyed the coffee machine and stunning rooftop views. We would definitely choose Casa Luz again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
