"I really appreciated the complimentary meditation session with Ruth and we also really appreciated the helpfulness and service and overall niceness of our waiter, Louis or Lewis, at the Grill by the Pool. The pizza at your Italian restaurant was fantastic. Some of the best we have ever had, including in Naples. "

"Hotel is nice overall. Rooms are small. Pool is small and there is seating for maybe 12 people. Beach is not white sand and you have to cross the freeway to get to it. Bali had 6 designated loungers. If you are to find a comfy spot anywhere get there early. I only saw the pool bar open. $$18 drinks. Did not use the restaurant or spa. Friendly staff. Our room was only cleaned once for a 6 day stay though :(. Bottom line to me this hotel was not worth the price. "

"I had to book a last minute room. So it cost me 600 for one night it would have been fine but when we checked in the bathroom floor had some kind of sticky residue on it, as if it was not mopped after the previous person who had the room left. The with the room it self the floor was sticky. Other than lack of cleaning the floor prior to our arrival there were no other issues. The staff were friendly and helpful, check in and check was easy enough. "

"Breakfast Buffet horrible food terrible and service worse. No attendant watching the seating area to clean tables and direct guests for seating. Had an area marked reserved that people were seating in as only place to sit. Then a staff member came and told them they had to leave that area. "

"The hotel was amazing. I loved my room, i didnt realize id have a cute little balcony watching over the cruise ships in the distance! What i loved most was Mindy! She was amazing. I needed something printed out and a came down at like 9:40pm. First off Mindy remembered my name, i was so surprised. Then her printer wasnt working, but she did everything necessary to make sure i got my paperwork. She ended up having to go to the hotel across the street to get their email and print it over there. I appreciate her so much for that. And this all took place right before she was suppose to clock out i felt so bad. But she got it done!! Love you Mindy <3 ill definitely be back to this hotel "

"Our experience was the staff was amazing, the restaurant was good, the pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. The room however did not look like any of the rooms on the website, no hot water in the shower, did have a/c but still very sticky in our room. "
