The Crown Plaza is close to everything in Queenstown.The room we had was spacious and had a gorgeous balcony view of the remarkables."

All the staff were exceptional and well trained in hospitality. We received a personal message on booking and a birthday surprise in our room. Fern Hill was a great location up high with uninterrupted views and away from busy roads but a short 3 minute drive to town. "

"Staff go above and beyond to help the guests, extremely impressed by the extra efforts that staff went to when an elderly couple in the restaurant needed assistance, big shout out to Nancy (hope I got her name right) with helping this couple out, and while doing so she didn't miss a beat with attending to the rest of the guests. Highly recommend the restaurant. "

"Stayed here for our first visit to Queeenstown. Lovely room. Shower amazing. Staff all lovely.. my only thing is great walk downhill to town but coming back uphill not so great. Its not a little hill at all and very steep. "
