"The room was clean, spacious yet missing hair conditioner. The spa was helpful when asked questions however information was not always accurate. Please know if you want to do laundry it can take two to three days to be ready. Limited drinks at different times and restaurants. Went to the spa, they just show me where need to change and shower, however nobody showed me where was the sandals after changing, needs more clarity on where to wait while is your turn, massage was ok but felt cheap, in some point after body scrub and showered I was trying to let the massage therapist that I was ready but nobody answered for a couple of minutes to the point I had to stepped out of the room but she was not there at all and showed up later. Once finished the massage I was so disoriented and nobody was outside showing the way and saying thank you (I was going to tip her for her services but nobody was there), definitely room to improve. Family friendly definitely. Overall a good place to stay."
