Reliable, comfortable and safe. We've been in the Deluxe Room multiple times over the years and never had any issues. It's meant to be a home and not a 5* hotel, so certain things like insects can be expected. Highly recommended option on a budget.

You should have room freshened up at least every 5 days. I stayed 21 days. Price was right. REALLY missed having a refrigerator though. Air con worked great. Avoid 8am, 12pm and 5 pm if you want to go somewhere in a taxi. Girls at front desk are friendly and eager to help.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Situé entre 2 rues très simples , on est surpris par l'emplacement. Mais une fois à l'intérieur l'accueil et les conseils sont très bien. La chambre est grande, très correcte et calme. Le wifi est bon ainsi que la climatisation. Bien !

A Great Cebu Hotel

This is my go-to hotel in Cebu every time I visit. It's clean, conveniently-located, and very low-priced for what you get. The breakfast is great too! The showers could use some renovations, but they're still better than most others you'd find in similarly priced hotels. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Value for money

The room was clean and spacious. Service was great. Quite distant from shops so it pays to have a few snacks or drinks on hand. Lunch wasn't readily available as we were told it would take 45 mins....the only downside considering the place isn't close to restaurants.

Great hotel for the price

For the price we paid this was a great hotel. The area of Cebu is not very desirable. The wifi worked occasionally. The AC worked very well but we could not adjust it so it was too cold and the blanket on the bed too light to compensate for the cold. The only option was to turn it off whereafter we were too hot. Otherwise the room was spacious and the free breakfast not bad (with 5 combination options). Overall, for the price this is a great place. If they had better AC and wifi this place would be fabulous (although the location would still not correspond to the image I had of Cebu).

Good value for money.

Staff were below average. Location was 10/15 mins walk from 7/11, restaurants and bars. Room was clean with everything as discribed. Bathroom smelt like sewers though and wi fi wasn't the best in the room. Breakfast was average.
