The aircon in my room is leaking. I complained about this but they didn’t fix it until I checked out. My asthma allergy was triggered due to molds brought by the dirty aircon unit. The staff didn’t take action to move me to another room. But in fairness, the food presentation per my request and the delivery is very good. Kudos to the cook and the staff.

We have stayed here a few times, the rooms are nice and updated. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the bad internet signal in the rooms. Even when you can connect it seems heavily throttled (restricted). The breakfast is fairly good, but mostly a Filipino style breakfast. The pool is nice, not restricted like some places we have stayed. Over all it’s always a positive experience. We will be back.

Room was ok but several things including the safe, tv, main lights, and shower head were broken. Had to keep calling several times to get front desk to answer phone. Access to the mall on the lower floors was nice but having to wait to take two elevators to go up each time got old. The elevator vented a sewage smell inside that was quite unpleasant. I stayed here during their busiest weekend of the year so that may have contributed to some of my issues.

Nice place, but maintenance needs bigger budget

We got in early and they arranged a room for us within the hour (much appreciated). The room was clean and comfortable. The view... A wall, but that happens. My only complaint is that maintenance needs to improve (or get a bigger budget). The shower head sprayed all over and the spray mount was broken. Still usable, but should have been replaced a long time ago. Still, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The location was great. Money changer, restaurants, bakery & convenience store there and there was a free shuttle service from summit circle to Robinson Galleria but not in way back. Youu need to show a receipt worth P200/person to get a stub to ride a shuttle from the Robinson Galleria.

価格に対しは部屋は狭く無く、トータル的に良い！

初めての利用、価格から見たら良いと思う、ホテルはリソベーションされたのか綺麗だった、設備は冷蔵庫、Wi-Fi、エアコン、お湯シャワー、TV、一部シャワールームに古さを感じるが、朝食もホテルとしては380peso位でお手頃だと思います、同じ建物内にロビンソンデパートやフードコートが有り、徒歩圏内にレストランも多く食事には困らない。

Hidden Gem

Was a very nice hotel and very clean. The rooms very nice standard rooms. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They help find us a tour guide,it was not a service they provide but mad the connection for us. Right above Robinson's Mall which made it convenient for getting things needed. The location was excellent as walking to places was a nice added bonus and transportation was readily available. So make your hotel choice Summit Circle when visiting Cebu.

受付ロビーもひろく、エレベーターもそんなに待たずにつかえた。 アメニティに歯ブラシもあった。水もペットボトルも2本あります。 シャワーが弱いのはいいとしても、ペーパーの補充がない、ティッシュがない、ＴＶが壊れてリモコンを交換されたが翌日壊れたリモコンに戻っていて使えなかった。一番の問題は朝食ががっかりで特にドリンクが体に悪そうな色のジュースが2種とミルクとコーヒーだけだった。それさえクリアできれば利便性もよく旅慣れた人向きかな。

Highly recommend

Upon first arriving the staff are very pleasant and provided information on the various restaurants in the area as well as the onsite restaurant which had very good food and a staff that aimed to please When checking out they took the time to assist us with our travel to Lapu Lapu finding us the best price to make the hour plus trip, I will stay at this hotel anytime and recommend it for many reasons., ps: the room was extremely clean
